Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, 16 sq. metres with 2 single beds, wardrobes and bedside lockers and double glass doors opening to balcony of 6 sq. metres. The hair dryer is located here.
Bedroom 2, 12 sq. metres with 2 single beds, wardrobes and bedside lockers.

Bathroom: Bathroom , 7 sq. metres with bath/shower , wc, bidet.
Automatic washing machine, the ironing board is situated in the bathroom.

Kitchen: Cooker, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, teapot, coffee-pot, delph, cutlery, utensils, iron, etc.

Living Room: Lounge, dining room, with TV, DVD player, CD player (DVDs, CDs and board games).
Lounge area with suite, dining area with table (extendable to 1.5 sq. metres) and chairs.

Note: The Kitchen/Living Room is one open area of 29 sq. metres, with 2 pairs of double glass doors leading to a balcony of 10 sq. metres. On this balcony there is a table and three chairs.

Sun Roof: On the roof there is a private sun terrace of 80 sq. metres with 4 sun loungers, a table, 6 chairs and a sun umbrella. There is also an outdoor shower and barbecue.

Coast/Beach: The main attraction in El Cotillo are the wonderful beaches; to the north the beaches are calm ,and there is a series of lagoons which are ideal for swimming, whilst to the south the beaches are wet and wild -suitable for the lovers of water sports, but remember to observe the lifeguards flags.

Travel: Taxi journey 40 minutes from airport.

El Cotillo is a small, quiet, unspoilt fishing village, with 2 harbours (the old and the new).

The village population is approximately 600.

There are a number of very good restaurants and bars; 13 in all!

There are 4 small but well stocked supermarkets.

There are two bakeries in the village which bake fresh bread ,rolls,etc early every morning.

Enjoy a “sundowner” at the old harbour, while watching the sunset. Mother Nature can provide the most spectacular of shows at this location. When the sun has set ramble off for dinner in one of the restaurants.
